Oh. you have a very broad definition of angry. Unlike you guys, i am immune to Champ's shenanigans.

I find Champ to be quite hilarious tbh.

Find a woman. Great relief in angst and stress. It also helps to face your fears and things that make you angry. Also, anger is a human emotion. Do not ever bottle it. Flow it into something useful. Like sex. Use it as gasoline for your passion.

I have a major problem with my anger. I can't control it, it makes me worse and crazy. I get angry very easy... what should I do?

I reiterate you to what i said to Spanish. Except the sex....just, find some video game with lots of gore or something. Or do some workout. Workout is excellent way to vent anger.

And my biggest fears:

Dark. Since I was a toddler, I have always feared the dark. I never actually knew the reason. I have a crazy imagination. Thats because sometimes when somebody offends me or I feel discriminated, or whatever, I get in my imagination. I get out of the reality and I forget to come back to it. Probably thats one of the reasons I fear dark. And what the strangest is that I fear most from dark while I'm in home. When I'm outside I know there are always some freaks, I have heard stories of gypsies waiting for people and robbing them but I feel safer outside


My other major fear is highness. When I look down my head starts spining and I imaginate I am falling down and smashin on the route. If I am climbing a tree, if I suddenly feel fear I am holding thight the nearest object and I paralyze. Unlike the dark, I have did my best to stop fearing from high. I mean I have climbed like 100 trees (which was against my will) I have swinged the highest point of the swing but I never overhelm my fear.

Also, why the fuck when I get angry I stop feeling fear?

You seem to have a certain degree of phobia to heights and dark. Dont worry much about the heights...Almost everyone gets a bit dizzy when they are high up. You shouldnt be too bothered, but make sure to be able to control yourself. Id strive to be in a high place for as long as you can. See how it feels and try to maintain control over yourself.

As for the dark...Darkness is a sign of danger for pretty much any animal. Predators come out in the dark. This is one of the most deepest entrenched fears in human genetics. What i want you to do is remember one thing, above ANYTHING else in the dark. I want you to remember that you are safe there. And that you can too be a predator. If youre out in the light and a guy with a gun is trying to catch you and kill you, he cna see you, and catch you. But in the dark....oh in the dark, you can turn the tables. Hide in the darkness. It is your friend. The only dangerous thing i want you to imagine in the dark, is you. You can be as dangerous as any other thing in the dark. You can hide from foes and enemies in it. You can strike them from silence. You can even cause them to panic. So remember, that in the darkness, you can see the monsters, but they cant see you. And thus, you are more dangerous than they are. YOU are the monster in the darkness... the shadows are your friends. Think about what i said when you find yourself in it.

As for the anger-fear relation, its pretty easy. When you are angry, your body and mind turn into commando mode, adrenaline pumps into your system, and your mind turns into a predator's mind, wanting to attack. Fear is incompatible with such thoughts and feelings. Thus, when you are angry, your mind shuts out the fear.

i can tell ya how i got over my fear of the dark i used to sleep with my light and tv on for years... then one day i decided it was time to overcome my fear, so for starters i bought a nightlight, still a light but not that much of it..., then once i was comfortable with that, i just slept with the tv on, once i got used to that i just sleep with the radio on (if i have nothing to concentrate on, i wont fall asleep) gl....

Oh yeah, i also forgot. Your fears are not something to be ashamed or disturbed by. They are normal things that happen. You have life beyond them. So dont let them ruin your day.

dr. dray. i cant help but feel like a dumbass sometimes... im 16 yrs old, dropped outta school wit nothin to show for it, oh yeah, and where do i work... MINIMUM WAGE AT MCDONALDS... any advice?

You have nothing to prove to the world. Only to yourself. If you feel you have something to prove to yourself, then do it. Or at least try. And as long as you can live by and get some happiness, then youre doing ok.
