Exile rank Act Amendment - Clan Vote - Passed

I believe clan wide votes are majority vote. So you only need 51% to win. You can always double check the charter.

Clan wide is just majority. Only Senate votes and Specialist/BM/S'A votes have to pass by 66%.

Actually I voted 1 by accident, I meant 2. So its currently 14-12 in favor of prop 2.

With Champ's vote change the current standing of this vote is:
48% Proposition 1 - 13 votes
51% Proposition 2 - 14 votes

It will be taken through Senate & Council for proper verification.

My perspective is somebody aint an exile if only one faction leader says get out, if both say that, then there an exile. my perspective.

I agree on that one with XzaC. At all ,JvS has 2 factions.

you shut up hero =o and the previous rule had it set that if he did try to switch sith again and is rejected he goes into exile for 2 weeks due to the fact he betrayed his current faction and was rejected by the other one =o. that there makes perfect logic on that part that he would be an exile for awhile instead of being able to rejoin a faction automaticly due to his actions.
