actually, it's merely making an understand of the rules. since the original line is hard to understand unless you look at it in detail apprently... guess what im saying is it's not as clear as i could be and because it was suppose to sound proffesional, the wording was done as such making it confusing to some.

Well if we MUST make new legislation in the case of a triple tie, then I think it should definately default to the SR for a final decision.
