I guess im the only one who thinks the game play is going to be the same old shit from other MMOs. Build up some points, click a single button or two to "combo attacks" then watch your gay moves unfold. No true control of your character, and even if the sword passes through the enemy if you don't "score a hit" because you don't have enough skill, you will still miss. Meh.

Well, that depends, how many MMO's have you played?

I've only played two, I think. Runescape, which was fun for a while, then Guild Wars, which is great.

Gameplay reminds me most on nwn2 + kotor with mass effect conversation style, but i think they will have animations for missing attacks, or blocking so weapons will not just pass through your head and be missed attack. You'll have to roll ofc to hit, thats mmoRPG (good story and conversations, leveling, power to lure you in its world, customizations, crafting, acting your character, open world to explore), and on way you can do that makes this game special and different from other mmos, that's only my opinion.

would be cool if they'd add droids as race with some hacker class
I would probably be as main Jedi Knight Human character, but soldiers looks cool too, they should add dancer class with primary twilek race, it can lure a lot of girls to this game

I am still wary, but I will give it a try most likely. If it is as epic as it should be, and enough jvs members play we can certainly start a TOR branch of this clan.

That would be awesome, it would be also magnet for new future JvS members, tho I don't know how would tOR branch fit with leaders of Jedi Academy game, maybe some of them don't want to be part of tOR (hard to believe in that) and tOR should have its own sith and jedi leaders, or JA leaders should be leaders of entire JvS clan no matter which (star wars) game is added and no matter will they play it.

But I am just thinking how cool would be that JvS has it's own tOR server, i mean how great RP would that be, unlike with JA where you search for maps to download and you can play only there, tOR is so big, open world, a lot of planets and a lot to explore on them, to fly, to customize, craft, all the classes, races, adventures, they'll probably add swoop races eventually too and pazak and other mini games and cantinas with beautiful hot twilek dancers, surrounded with canon characters, it would lure hundreds, thousands players eventually to this clan (that would not be cheap at all lol). So original RPG, old school yet modern, I just don't know what to tell, I live just to play this game now.

I don't think that you can just pay for TOR server, you'll have to work with other people to make it run on your own. Aard should know better, it would be so cool if we would have our own JvS TOR server.
