They have Moffs, Grand Moffs, an Emperor, and are structured around military power and order by dictoral rule. Call it what you like, but that's the Galactic Empire under a different name.

I got that, thing is that you said they did not exist before Clone Wars, and movie says that they did.

EDIT: See episode I on 1 : 20 : 55 the part when Qui-Gon Jinn speaks about Darth Maul, and if that is not true then movie is not canon.

Yes maybe with another name, but they did exist before Clone Wars, unless movie isn't cannon.

Different name but same thing lol, don't you see, you said they only exist after Clone Wars, and it's not cannon if they existed before Clone Wars, which this movie proves they did exist before Clone Wars, my question is is this movie cannon or it isn't. If movie is cannon then TOR game is cannon too.

Thats as much as Wow... and i drained 200 bucks on wow b4 i knew wtf was going on. Not to mention the few years id like back.

The movie only says the Sith had an Empire, not that there was a Galactic Empire. They've used wording to break canon without breaking it.

The SITH existed long before the old republic. The galactic empire was formed from the old republic. the galactic empire didn't exist but the SITH empire did. they are 2 different things.

I don't like that TOR technology looks so much similiar to it much later.

Like the droideka in the video and the republic armor. The imperial ships look like star destroyers and the sith fighters look like they are designed like tie fighters.

Damn that would get kinda crowded after a while. Everyone with their own ship? You should have to save up and buy one in the game then have each ship that can be crewed with other players.

Star Trek Online does that Aard, i think the idea is the same. I think to get your own ship you have to level up a bit, but damn, i want my own godamn ship and my Chikita crew xD

And TOR gives us no Galactic Empire, it gives us Sith Empire and since it's not same thing then smells as canon. But how is the republic younger then sith empire, republic is older then 25 000 years, and sith?
