The US is not going to invade a sovereign country because they are being stupid.

I think it would be easier for the world if people had no free will at times. It would help solve most of these problems.

But on the other hand, life will suck so badly......

When you have friends who's fathers deserted them because the father suddenly decided he was gay all along, you pick up on the fact that it's a choice. It's not illogical when 90% of the gay people you meet were married and went gay at a mid-life crisis, or were normal and suddenly went gay during the teenage crisis of identity. Trying to say there's a gene that makes people gay, is just absurd, they may be slightly more attracted to the same sex but it does not MAKE them gay.

Fine you want to say homosexuality isn't a choice, then being fat isn't a choice, smoking isn't a choice, for some people murdering isn't a choice. There are genes fat people have that others don't, genes smokers have that non-smokers don't, and psychologists have proven that a good portion of murders lack a conscience. Yet we treat all these people as if they have a choice, because they have the conscience effort to override these impulses given enough psychological control.

You want to say it's not a choice then you can't make fun of fat people for being fat, blame smokers for feeding their habit, or prosecute criminals with no conscience for committing murders.

All I'm saying in my post is that you can't selectively choose which research to believe when it's all done by "reputable experts." I'm not saying they're right or wrong, although my personal belief leans towards exaggeration on the part of most if not all psychologists. Ultimately it's up to the person to decide how much stock they place in the opinions and research of geneticists and psychologists.

but what you say is that i want to treat mass murderers differently than other people, the answer is yes, they are obviously lacking something, which we have proved, but not all of them, and cannot, therefore, be prosecuted fairly because they are not sane.

let me tell you this, my aunt used to be skinny, then she gained weight, then she lost it, then she gained it and then she lost it, right now i'm waiting to see if she will gain it back XD, but other people, like someone on my swim team, practices daily and is still slightly overweight, something like this can't be changed due to genetics.

plus you start smoking, you don't just come out as a smoker, otherwise, what were those romans doing who had the smoking gene LOL, i think that gene basically means that is harder to overcome an addiction.

Smokers can't smoke in restaurants in certain areas because the owners don't want it. Some can even be fired from jobs for smoking. Fat people can't get on amusement park rides because it means less normal people could get on it due to weight restrictions, and again you can be fired for being fat if people see you as a drain on Health Care.

Doesn't seem so different when you actually look at it in a broad perspective instead of how society tells you to look at it, does it?

smoking on the job can be dangerous, and it is harmful to others around you, that i understand, but fat people should NOT be fired, that is wrong and discriminate, and if this practice continues, more evidence for a universal healthcare system, that there need to be laws put in place to stop that because it is outrageous that it should happen in our society.

Trials like these have not been able to be disproved, and according to our knowledge as of yet, that should be saying something, since american psychological institutes are couldn't find definite proof. and besides, if i recall correctly, you too said the government should stay out of our lives, so why impose prejudice against people trying to live their lives the way they see it if it doesn't harm you?

and i don't like that classification, i'm liberal in fiscal policy because i trust the mathematics of Keynesian economics, and btw, i support sending more troops to afghanistan and clubbing, politics wise, more countries into joining our forces there.

do you know how to calculate a matrix, find its inverse, calculate a primitive(or antiderivative), use it in integration of functions, and with that,calculate the defined integration that you need for the area in question? no? ok. thats 101 maths for economists. i know you dont know this cause

to tell the truth, i just look up what i need to know from places like wiki or wolfram without learning the entire thing, just get what i need to know, learn how to do it, see if i understand the answer, and move on. i also sometimes use a graphing program i have if i need to,

so its not like i actually know these things, i just have a cursory knowledge

I've heard reports from people who lived there of denied claims because they "Could have avoided it" which is essentially what they mean when they say "preventative health care" that they'll pay for anything to prevent it, and if you don't do everything to avoid it then they won't cover you.

Don't like the spit thing, I've heard of documented cases where it's happened through ingestion. Someone sneezes near food and the person has AIDS, then the next person to eat it gets it. It's rare but it happens. OK but fine how about just the fact that the greatest spreader of AIDS is the gay community?

well, not medicare for everyone, and i've heard that the system is awesome, this is really cool,

at our school we all got swine flu vaccinations, well most of us, and the lady there had a british accent and i asked her if she was from britain and she said yes, we struck up a conversation, and eventually it got to health care and she that she was a citizen in australia, canada, and UK, and she loved the health care, so she didn't become u.s citizen because she would lose that health care.

but yes, in my version of universal coverage, that would not be permissible, however, this doesn't mean that people are allowed to be irrationally irresponsible about weight, just like anyone else in the system i envision, in other words, no one, overweight or not, would be allowed to mooch off the system designed to help people with those obesity problems

And that can be twisted very easily Nihil. Someone decides to shift what they consider irrational and all of a sudden it's turned from health care to euthanasia. And you're missing my point, again, you want to restrict smokers from smoking in a restaurant because of health care effects then you recognize that land lords can remove gays because of possible contamination in the room.
