at our school we all got swine flu vaccinations, well most of us, and the lady there had a british accent and i asked her if she was from britain and she said yes, we struck up a conversation, and eventually it got to health care and she that she was a citizen in australia, canada, and UK, and she loved the health care, so she didn't become u.s citizen because she would lose that health care.

but yes, in my version of universal coverage, that would not be permissible, however, this doesn't mean that people are allowed to be irrationally irresponsible about weight, just like anyone else in the system i envision, in other words, no one, overweight or not, would be allowed to mooch off the system designed to help people with those obesity problems
