I will try to use english ;D.

So i have a little... hmmm maybe a huge problem. When i join in JVS Team FFA server , i've got a horrible lags ( ping 500-999). Its the one server , where i am lagging ;/. Ye , ye i know change the internet... But its not a internet problem , because im not lagging on the other servers!. I havent got turned on programs , while im playing jedi academy. Can someone help me ;< ?

Ah, well depending on where you live, your connection will have a drastic change. It all depends on where the server host is. If its in America, you will tend to lag more. But if the server host is in Europe, you will have a better connection.

When im playing in the mornig , i haven't got lags ( ping 100-150). ITs okay till Afternoon ;/.

I do not remember such a rule. Sopi i am not sure there is much you can do.

It's not just russians tbh. Anyone with a horrible internet connection can interrupt a server. It does depend on the server since the max rate of ping is either high or low. It adds more bandwidth stress onto the server which in turn causes it to lag more and worse. Hence why you can get kicked off of certain servers from such a high ping.
