He didn't throw the Moon Weapon, he threw away a broadsword he had drawn once he was disarmed. It wouldn't be wise for anyone to go out with just one weapon. The sword he threw away was just a normal broadsword.

Hair: Black, tied back in a ponytail, down to shoulder blades
Eyes: Ice Blue
Clothes: Cloth pants tucked into leather boots, black belt, a brown leather vest over a white shirt and black lizard-hide gloves
Job: Ranger apprentice, serving the kingdom of The Lart Isle (spelling? I couldnt really see).
Weapons: Bow and Arrow with sharp points and are very aerodynamic. Two steel knives.
Abilities: Can move extremely stealthily and quietly, and has a textbook knowledge of weapons
Special Ability: Gained further in the story
Pros: Loyal, witty, and practical, slight skill of magic learned from his now-deceased grandmother
Cons: Naive, inexperienced, and is not masterful yet of any skills.

No. Lost Isle is uninhabited, the people extinct and the land unlivable. You should read all the segments before you put a Bio together.

Also, your gonna have to read what is already said, collaberate before you do something major, and attempt to coordinate with the rest of us to move the plot along. and for the love of god, dont say "im mr god, fear me, ill oneshot pwn u in the facezores" My guy may seem overpowered atm, but thats because he is, its like he picked up the godsword, thing is, Devil>godsword so godsword will soon break into peices, and scatter, therefore balancing charectar.

Pros: Loyal, and practical, very innovative concerning his magic
Cons: Cynical, pessimist, and little resistance past stealth concerning weapons

My charecter was the only char that started strong, for this simple reason, hes gonna get his ass kicked. And, my guy is outcasted from socioty, balancing it, my guy is the guy who ppl cower when they see walking threw a village. i wouldnt have you start with lightning magic that powerful, an apprentice at concord for lightning magic while being naturally stealthy is more reasonable, you cant have super spy + super lightning. choose one and a backround fitting for it
