Luke. Not owned by a Sith or Dark Jedi. Fought his way through everything, and still doing so even at 60 years of age(and winning). Rebuilt the Jedi Order from scratch. Participated in 3 wars, and was one of the primary reasons the war was won in each. Became a Jedi Knight in less then 3 years. Fucking amazing Force power.

He lost to Palpatine. and to his dad in Bespin. yeah he faked to be helping the emperor, but what surprises me is that he went into the dark, and solely, on free will, he came back from it.it was like pushing a button for him. Yoda was grand master for much more years. but he never had to face Siths up until the end of the Old Republic

Yeah and when he did he failed. Luke lost to Vader before even HE thought he was a full Knight, and Palpatine was just in another category in terms of power, not to mention when he faced Luke Luke hadalready fought and wonagainst Vader, a fight Idoubt was easy for him.

IDK as you can really call anything in Dark Empire a fight. May have been a good story but there were no fight scenes just Jedi in a pose then the words "The Dark Side tried to corrupt but couldn't and the lightside won out."

wtf r u saying? anakin became unbelievably strong when he joined the dark side, the only one or the first one to know how to use force choke, he was pretty much a great force user

first one to use force choke??? U smokin weed or something? However, he was crazy powerful, he only lost to Luke because he wasn't taking him seriously, and there was that inkling of doubt in him, if anything, the light side was his downfall

Yoda was wise, but Luke was powerful, and became wise too. As Aard said, Luke was able to defeat the Reborn Palpatine later on.

Anakin and Luke had the same potential in power. Luke became the powerful being that Anakin failed to become when he lost in Mustafar. Luke is more powerful then Vader, becuz Vader has sufered losses to his body, and becuz in his mind, he has lost hope in ever becoming anth. Palpatine has theorized, that were Vader capable of unblocking his mind to achieve his power, he could achieeve his full potential, but he has blocked it to forget the memories of the past or sth like that. Luke is also more powerful then Palpatine, but in Ep6, he decides to lower his guard and not act in anger.

Anakin was not the first one to use force choke, he just made the move famous as darth vader. Unless your talking chronologically, in wich case, yeah he was the first one, in Episode 4.
