Battle Meld is a less effective Battle Meditation. Battle Meld only links a small group of Jedi, Battle Meditation effects the entire battle field.

In a one-on-one Thing yes Jedi capable of Battle Meditation can usually fight and maintain it, but it's scope is limited to a few feet. Using Battle Meditation on an entire Academy would require a meditation trance.

I was talking to Pto and about Kami's "Pain and Necessity" for Sith Training

So Pain...I thought of getting Dusk Crucified since that is known to be a painful experiance

And it could also symbolize Dusk becoming the Crusaders' next "God-King" O_o
