OK continuity errors.
BTC 311: Mandalore the Indomitible was Mandalore during the Mandalorian Wars he was defeated by Ulic Qel-Droma, not Revan, he eventually died because he was hit by a stray shot. Also the Exile was the person to order the use of the Mass Shadow Generators, not Revan.
BTC 303: When Revan returned to attack the Republic it wasn't for this Sith Master, it was to fight against it. Revan knew from the Mandalorian Wars that the Republic and Jedi would be incapable of defending themselves left as they were so he attempted to dominate known space in order to prepare it for the coming battle.
BTC 103: Naga Sadow was laid to rest on Korriban. The Massassi went extinct in the middle of the Mandalorian Wars because of the technique Exar Kun used to survive the centuries that wiped out all life on the planet.

Assorted Problems: The Empire Symbol is almost an exact duplicate of the Galactic Empire at 20 BBY. The Council characters are almost an exact duplicate of those in Episode 3.
