Well you'd have to have a Universal Council and Senate, then a Council and Senate for each gametype, as well as nearly a dozen different levels of admin, and hundreds of ranks with any game specific forums being duplicated and tracked by an admin.

Yeah lets just keep it to a subforum for now if we generate enough interest.

I'd suggest just making it an RP faction actually. Easiest way to keep track of it without making a whole Leadership structure.
