ELEMENTS HELP NEEDED!!

how do i do a lightsaber in elements?

zomg jacen
okay listen closly you first choose hilt then you make a big blotch of your chosen colour, (put it on another layer otherwise you might blur your hilt) you then click filter gaussian blur, then filter radial blur then you add a white line and your done! i nice sweet looking lightsaber, easy. NOTE:i made this idea up by myself not someone elses ligthsabers, i make MY own.
