Modders or Computer Smarties Needed

Can anyone here make a mod that replaces the duel music with a diffrent song?

Does anyone here make maps that could make a map for me for me?

And i dont really care about this but can anyone make diffrent models for aircraft to either add to or replace the current x-wings and stuff?

THe last 2 arent realy needed but id really appreciate someone who could do the music replacment.

1: Pretty sure that is changing the game hard code, which would be considered a mod (I think).
2: Mapper here!
3: That would be changing a model I believe or modifying a entity, not sure.

There's a option ''Duel music'' in it, so when you place 1 in it, it'll play it everytime you duel.
