I don't think we have enough people on EUNE to create the team, but I will see what I can do.
(getting to lvl 30 is the smallest problem)

You do not have to have 5 to have a 'team' I had created a team that only had 3 players for the longest time. JvS was created but there is a limit to the number of members.
