Once a person is accepted into JvS they are entitled to use the JvS tag in any game they play. Ranks for any game will default to whatever in-game ranking system already exists unless enough members petition for a unique ranking system. If it can be proven five or more people play a specific multiplayer game they may petition the Galactic Prospecting Forum to have a forum, named for the game, provided for them to discuss specific game elements in. If granted the five must submit someone within their group to manage a roster for the game including who plays it and what in-game rank/level they have(to be provided by the person in question). If a game has 15 or more people playing it, and desires a unique set of ranks and governance they may present a layout outlining the specifics of this system for the Senate to vote on, if the Senate finds the ranks lacking in detail or containing plot holes a Council member will be provided to help them iron out the details so they may resubmit it. Any game that sets up it's own governance must be restricted in that it cannot overrule the Council, Senate, and Faction Leaders, and cannot demand resources or money from it's members. Aside from disputes the governance of a game is up to those who play the game. Game governance are not considered a clan-wide positions, as such any member of the Senate, Council, or Faction Leaders may also be part of a game's governance.
