Exercise is for building muscle, diet is for losing weight. Do I really need to spell this out anymore than I have?

you will not loose weight with just exercise. you will not get into shape with just dieting.

for a balanced approach you need both

well i walk around town sometimes with weights and such. I challenge myself everyday with something i don't do the same thing EVERY single time. I like to mix it up abit when i walk. :3

On another note, unfortunately there are very few proper exercises that dont use your back muscles. theres only so much you can do with your extremities...Sad
