imo people should train their body proportionally, instead of sticking to just upper body. which alot of men keep doing :\

Agreed. Although i don't work on a farm but i do walk almost everyday when i can. It builds up a good bit of stamina and leg muscle strength as well :3

Walking doesn't build up stamina dude...And it doesn't build up your leg muscles, unless you sat in a bed for 4 months. If you're a average person, all walking will ever do is keep you healthy.

Walking can do pretty much depending on the distance, weight and general tension of the exercise...

Walking a few miles a day builds up muscle up to a certain point, but just like with all exercise there's an upper limit to how much muscle it can help you build.

Well as I said, if you're an average person, that needs to walk a certain amount every day to do chores (school, shopping, hanging out, etc) doing EXTRA walking just to exercise is just a waste of time.

True if you have to walk to school or your job daily you've already got what you're going to get from it, but the average person walks less than 1 mile per day so the majority of people can still get something from it. Best full body exercise is running though.

Some people really do have back problems, that's why you go to ankle and wrist weights instead.

Yeah well the difference is you respond to someone with paralysis reasonably while most people don't believe anyone can have back problems because they don't experience it themselves. So if you have back problems and complain you get treated like a pussy. There are other ways to exercise though not all of them require straining the back, like I said those with legitimate back problems usually use ankle and wrist weights instead, and having 20 pounds on each limb is far more intense than a 100 pound backpack.
