Contrary to many beliefs, alcohol does NOT effect how one acts. The thought of being drunk effects how people act. A study gave 1 group alcohol and another non-acoholic. Both groups displayed drunk behaviors.

I think I grew out of drinking. I used to like to drink, and I drank a lot but never got addicted. I could go on a 5 day binge, then stop for 3 months and not even bat an eye.

These days though I do not enjoy it anymore. I don't like the feeling, and I hate how you feel afterwards, even though I never get a hangover. You just feel bla.. Like you just got over something traumatizing. Maybe its because my body is so efficient nowadays since I train that it affects me differently. Alls I know is I do not enjoy drinking anymore.

i mainly do cocktails, liquors and beer. none to get drunk, all for the taste.

fit ppl don't need to drink, they already feel so awesome they don't need to artificially create awesomeness that isn't there

i have to agree with the senator And Dray... we may have a conundrum here. Alcohol is a poison if you ingest to much it will kill you.
Oxygen is corrosive in its pure form and the chlorine they add to water, in it's gaseous form will kill you with suprising ease...

oxygen doesnt exist in its pure form in our environment(when i say it doesnt exist, i mean it is of irrelevant magnitude). chlorine is another story...

Alcohol isnt a poison until you reach its lethal dose levels. things that are labeled poison, are labeled that becuz their lethal dose is contained in the bottles its in, or, becuz its lethal dose is small in context parameters. anything can be poisonous if u reach their lethal dose level.

i understood what senator meant, but i just wanna rectify that sentence scientifically.

alright time for my experiences :O

For me, I have limited myself to a few only on occasional Saturdays....except for the last one (kinda got a bit carried away since I was a substitute for beer pong, I did get some food in my system to slow down the effects and sleep it off so I didn't go out anymore that night)

Granted it is a poison, but it has helped a tiny bit in terms of socializing. Naturally shy, I find myself more open and sillier with only a buzz

And I'll tell my beer story later
