IQ is close to intelligence level. Someone who's IQ is 500 is probably smarter than someone who's IQ is 12. The difference in intelligence within 20 IQ points is probably negligible.

well it would depend on what country he is in XD

this is how the world basically runs at current:

dumb people + corrupt government = peace in country
smart people + corrupt government = violence in country
smart people + just government = good country, but media hates it

this is how the world works,

corrupt government=totalitarian rule, propaganda and such and misleading information

smart people and corrupt governments does mean violence, or passive resistance, India, in a country

smart people and a good government is actually, i think, liked by the media, just not talked about as often because its not as interesting as a corrupt government

Not to mention in less than 100 years France will be an Islamic majority population, which may not be a problem itself but it will certainly change the face of France much like Mexicans are changing a large portion of the face of the USA now (and it will get "worse" with time).

I don't really find anything wrong with that in itself, but a muslim country in the middle of lots of christian european countries is begging for trouble..someone or the other is going to lose it and destroy it, on the other hand, you can take a look at Turkey, which was a muslim country and once center of Islam, now a secular state, so it might work out, but france wouldn't be a muslim state. If that ever happens, then say good bye to all the awesome french chicks lol
