It is more true than you think. Fans are never happy, and the more you listen to them, the crappier your end product will be. That is ALWAYS happening. General opinion is an influence on marketing and general direction of what youre making, but because some people only like one tiny particular thing, does not mean you should get out of your way to change to their appeal.

You make a product, send it out, and trust on its quality. I like what they have done out of their licensing and lore, took it and expanded it.

I am not emo. And that was hardly deep, its just a mere observation of the factual events. Deep is realizing that to satisfy the fan, you must learn to ignore him. A contradictory event.

Soran, they did not turn KOTOR into an MMO. they made an MMO in the Old Republic, wich is when KOTOR events happen. They did pretty well with KOTOR, so why not use the same material to produce another game. If you want to play KOTOR, get KOTOR. or KOTOR 2 if you want to play the sequel. I for one, hate sequels in general. sometimes they produce something nice, but the enormity of sequels in this media for the sake of it sickens me with the greediness and lazyness. Without sequels, we would advance far more into developing more and more new and better games, because you cant do the same thing again, thus makin everyone do something new. I am not against sequels, i am against how tehy are used nowadays. I like that they did something new and fresh with Star Wars.

And please, Galaxies was made by Sony Online, wtf have they done of any good? Everquest, not even that big of a game.

I wouldn't be surprised if you haters actually touch this game, you wouldn't want to quit playing it.

And its way late to be hating on this game since i highly doubt they are going to just drop this immiediatly.

Just give the bloody game a chance, if your never going to play it....shutz upz =___=

Soran's right though, unless your a dickless newb (usually), MMOs get boring in a few weeks. Runescape was a masterpiece before they tried to sell it to another group of people, making it fail. I will prolly get it, maybe not depending on what else is out. I tend to get bored of the standing still, clicking buttons and jacking off all at once in a video game, making it lame to me. If we get like an army of JvS to play, maybe I'll stick around in it.

It seems like they are trying to replace it with the Revan tomb thing in one of their videos and this satele shan or whatever...

Maybe if Lucasarts hadn't been stupid a Kotor III would have been made... **cough** Rushing Kotor II **cough** . I just don't know what to expect of this MMO. I feel like they are ignoring the previous games in a way, especially kotor II despite how broken it was.
