So, as the title shows, I need sum help...

As of today, my laptop is having a strange problem...

My windows is loading awesomely slow(Windows 7 ultimate btw)...When that screen with windows and the company logo shows up, I wait for like 2 mins until it finally gets to my desktop..

And while its running, it freezez for a few secs, then come back...
This happened after my internet crashed while playing a game, and it got stuck so I restarted...
I mostly got the same stuff on my PC as I got on my laptop, but my PC is fine...

Fujitsu Siemens laptop, Intel Pentiu Celeron 3.0GHz Dual-core inside,
3GB DDr2 RAM,
NviDia Gforce FX 512 MB...

monitor task manager and see if you can tell what is locking up. may have to reinstall some drivers. or do a repair on windows it self

Windows repair says that it cant repair this computer..
Task manager looks normal..
And I used Driver Genius to update all my drivers..

Im trying to defrag it again atm..

I defragged it 3 times untill it finally didnt restart and could finish it..
