if i remember correctly... this was once a member of JvS and left on (good terms?) when union (3rd level @ the time i believe still... or had just become union) was having trouble to help them out... if that was someone else sorry... but im almost positive it was belial... im not trying to reject the app or anything... just want to make sure this is who i think it is Smile

Friendship apps need one Senator and one Councilor to approve. Likewise if a Senator or Councilor says no they're rejected.
