If ur talking to zoh I think he means like if u "bring" out a person's "douchyness" or w/e that maybe ur jus being an ass ur self and making them angry so they talk back... its a pretty human thing and doesn't necessarily mean they're a "douchette"

thats why i think that an admin should go on under another name and try to piss new recruits off see how far they will go b4 they snap and flip out or if they are calm... ive always been in favor of this idea.... also the time limit thing is to much and you cant expect people to 'sponsor' new recruits

Recruits are allowed to get upset while insulted, don't try to provoke them. The only time you should provoke to see if they will remain calm is if you're doing so for a potential admin.
