I thought as much. However, sometimes the facts are discounted and hushed off as conspiracy theories because they don't agree with the official records that may not always want the public to know everything.

I think conspiracy theories are bs

never can be proven, and there is no reason to not prove them except that people are always suspicious about traumatic events occurring to people, you never hear conspiracy theories about regular events.

yes, because I doubt that a conspiracy theory regarding a christmas festival would be very engrossing >.>. I agree, most of them are BS, but some of them actually tend to make sense and have valid arguments.

There's also the simple fact that if a conspiracy theory is proven true, it's not longer a conspiracy theory. Back before the Civil Rights movement there were probably conspiracy theorists who saw all the injustices and were regarded as crazy. Now it's in the history books.

an example. gulf of tonkin is where american ships got attacked by an flaged nva ship. We entered the vietnam war after that and 58,000 americans died and an estimated 6 million locals got killed. Later on some brave politician confessed that america was never attacked in the gulf of tonkin and it was a "mistake." we entered in one of the most devastating wars in american history based on a lie. What happen at the end of the war? Nixon and watergate kill americas public image and our people were rioting and fliping. Ho chi minh accomplished his goal of getting america out of the picture so he could go on and win. Most people want to say america lost, but it was never our land we were defending. We left in 73' and the nva beat the south in 75'. we never really lost anything besides military units. would you consider the hole korea situation a win? we still have troops on the border. The war never really ended, just a cease fire agreement took place. A hole nation is divided and still has a knife to eachothers throats. Vietnam is a peacefull nation now, but still has its problems. I view vietnam the same way i view cuba in some sense. They did what they had to do to ensure peace and control of their country for the future. I see nothing wrong with that.

i get lulz when i hear the gulf of tonkin, cause history repeats itself it seems, we get into pointless wars everytime over something really ridiculous, a ridiculous reason, such as W's "war on terror" over 9/11, Iraq had nothing to do with terrorism, and gulf of tonkin, another political manuever, except fake, which is even worse.
