hmmm ya, i'm pretty sure the source I used up there was not biased, but if you find any trace of bias, post it here, and I will get a new source.

Anyways, fox news twists the news, that is far below bias on the devious scale

And CNN/MSNBC/any main stream outlet have a tendency to not report all of the news or leave facts out. Are obvious in their support or dissent of people and ideologies. put out false information (just as an example the forged docs that Dan Rather and CBS produced about Bush, who i am not a big fan of BTW, and they swore were authentic. Which outlet actually dug in to authenticate the docs? OH YEAH Fox News)

Fact check is fairly centrist. they actually look at the facts and not so much the ideology.

But again i could care less how many days have been taken i am speaking to compensation. We all paid for Bush's vacations to.

OK. So if Bush took more vacations and spent more time on vacation, wouldn't that necessarily imply that we spent more to get him to and from places?

Also, MSNBC had exclusive coverage of the pulling out of Iraq, we can all say they had exclusive coverage, but what does that change?

In the mean time, take a look at any Modern Econ book, you will see why it is that facts are usually liberal.

liberals usually know as little about science as do repubs.

They actually just take views on the side of scientific facts to look smart, and the stupid republicans try to counter them by denying the facts.

So stupid, instead of denying the facts, accept that they are the facts, BUT the liberals are misinterpreting them, or coming up with baloney measures that have nothing to do with the facts.

Global warming, cool...but wtf will a carbon tax do? There are so many good economical facts and reasons not to counter global warming that need to be checked too.

Instead they sit there and argue over the science...science is real, but there are factors besides the science that affect the outcomes.

Agreed, maybe they could spare one for Quebec too... Razz

@Dray, that era of humanity is an example of how stagnation kept people in mental darkness. Once people started to abandon the fallacious thinking of that time, mankind started to evolve into something more.

But that victory was short lived, for the 20th century saw the rise of horribly ideas that have cost the lives of millions. People blindly accepted new ideas and revolutions, they joined in such atrocities as the Holocaust, the Cultural Revolution, the Rwanda Genocide, to name a few. My point is that NEITHER stagnation nor freedom will solve humanities problems, all they end up doing is giving Humanity new ways of screwing up.

Great now the FBI is going to be combing these forums. *hides the teen pron*

I think the main point here is that Nationalism and Patriotism are an evil meme that should be done away with. Some sort of pride in ones community is good and fine, but when it borders fanaticism ( yes, I am labeling patriots and nationalists fanatics), then it becomes an illness like any other mental illness.

People shouldn't be proud over something that happened by complete chance anyway. Be proud of your accomplishments, not of something as random as ethnicity or nationality.

You can take pride from your culture as well. Its an accumulation of hundreds of not thousands of years of moral refinement. Its not easy to only celebrate the good of a culture, its quite easy to hate the bad.
