Why do you want to join JvS? I recently realized Jedi Academy had a Multiplayer allowing you to use lightsabers. I'd like to learn how to use them well. (Already read some stuff about it but I cannot find any useful tutorial vids or something like that... http://www.thejediacademy.net/holocron_detail_page.php?f_id=66) When I accidentally joined your server (looked for a team-deathmatch), I met some nice people who suggested applying here.
What skill level would you rate yourself (1-10, 10 being best)? 2. I guess, 1 would mean not knowing the controls and stuff like this. As I already read and trained how to perform combos offline with bots, I'll give it a 2.
How long have you been playing JKA? 2 Days.
Is there something you would like help with? Depends on what it might be...
Why do you feel you would be a positive addition to our clan? Time will tell... or not. I guess I'm a nice person but I'm not very sociable. (Neither in the web nor in RL. I'm just not the one someone would choose to drink a beer with...) And sorry about the Application in the Enclave, I actually did read a "How-To-Join" page, but I guess I did it wrong somehow... Guess I was irritated in some way...

Regarding the Rules: Command acknowledged and understood. The fact that I am member in a clan for the Modern Warfare series isn't much of problem, I guess?

Ah well, thanks for your approval. It tells me I did a good job with my effort. Writing the Jedi Application was rather fun, by the way.^^
However, I slept about it and reconsidered the whole thing again. As I told you above, I already got a clan for the CoD-Series and got work to do as well. Furthermore I only got Jedi Academy in order to duel a friend and fellow Star-Wars fan. (He calls me his "Master" and himself my "Apprentice"... I think this tells it all.)
Yesterday/Today at night I was tired and did not consider the consequences, especially as being a member of yours would take some time. Don't get me wrong, this is not a contradiction to me claiming I'd be patient. I just do not expect to have that much spare time during work or school (last year starting in September).
I'm sorry for the inconvenience. You people seem to be rather nice and I indeed would like to become better in this game. But I guess I will stick to read-only-tutorials, battling bots and joining servers sometimes to test things out, as well as dueling with my "apprentice".

After all, the master must fall at the hands of his apprentice, eventually. I'd rather delay this as much as possible. May the force be with you, for I shall not.

it will be better to come back and re apply in the future if you will not have time to meet the requirements to join. Admirable sentiment, it doeas take a bit of maturity to realize you do not have time for something you enjoy.

I will say that once you join and meet the requirements and are accepted to a faction, you can take a leave of absence and come back later. the process would take about a month and require about 5 hours a week on our server over that time.

Also, Our multi claning rule applies to JKJA not other games. I am in another clan for games other than JK.
