That is the date you can apply for a faction and become a full member of the clan if you have met all requirements at that time

I havnt seen you in about two weeks, but i remember before that i was sparring with you for a while. You will reconize my style, ill bet alot against it. And i love how everybody trusts me, considering rarely do i put such a strong stance in an application.
