sadly one of the people that helped is kind of a creep with roleplaying as a jedi and is not taking me seriously :|

All you need to do is go to fleet. The cost of is 5000 credits at the guild registry counter by the guild bank. If you dont have 5000 credits....you are beyond dirt poor
