Sweet link, Exile, and I totally agree with that.
I'd take any other cellphone EXCEPT Iphone. I'm gonna say that in Russia all these Apple devices are a LOT more expensive that in USA, for example. But the true reason is that I like more HTC or LG devices, if I touched some Apple feelings, gtfo xD And my friends sometimes get disappointed about Iphone cuz it's sometimes way too glitchy and its battery is kinda low at the end of the day.
I guess someone will poo on my opinion and say that it's wrong, but that true. Don't care if it's the most popular cellphone on the market. It still sucks.

I'd want to notice if you drop Iphone by a mistake, its screen glass will be broken as fucking shit unlike any other Android device like Samsung Galaxy S.

if you drop any phone you run the risk of breaking it, specially these smart phones, who are extra fragile.

also, this comparison is with iPhone 1, not iPhone 4 wich has ALL these features and more. That isnt to say its a good phone, it still lags behind the competition from HTC and the galaxy S. the only superior point of iPhone, and honestly what makes it sell, is that its appStore is better than Android. Apple conducts filter of apps, not everyone can make an app and put it, unlike Android wich is littered with tons of shit and trash in their appStore.

I don't want to argue about Android Market cuz it's not developed as AppStore is. There are shitty apps indeed Like trollface app. It crashes at the loading screen that is very disappointing.

As for me I don't really care about apps cuz I use my tablet-PC and will use my Android phone for only internet surfing, reading and editing docs and listening to music. (I play only Angry Birds and Magesty games there. For me it's enough.)

Im pretty happy with my iphone the only point I will agree with is that it can be very slow other than that I love it and like dray said that was based on the Iphone 1 not any other iphone where a lot of those issues were fixed

iPhone is shit unless you heavily modify it. It can be reprogrammed to save battery life by cutting background app time, increasing battery life. Have to take care of the battery too. Jailbreaking is the beginning of that. With the OK newer processor, it can do some impressive things. But within Apple's walls, it's not worth the good 800$ it costs or w/e it costs. But if you have an iPhone, you have to know how to manage it or it will crash every half an hour of use.

That's why I don't even want to own it, even if I have money for it. I'd rather buy Xperia.

But there is thousands of things that you can do with an iPhone that other Phones can't do and not just through the app store there is Cydia too whic might not be supported by apple but it's still iPhone exclusive and through Cydia there are certain ways to get around being ripped off by apple. Also you could say any smart phone is over priced I wouldn't just pick on the iPhone. I got mine second hand anyway for £150.

actually, as an example, the Galaxy S alone has double the features the iPhone 4 does(checked it multiple times), and costs less. Cydia is an app btw.

This was the only one I have had time to read it points slightly in iPhones favour but it didnt mention price and I don't know the prices in the uk for them. This argument won't go anywhere anyway I will admit that apple ripps people off abit. And as for what you said about Cydia I have realised it is an app I never said it wasn't so I'm not sure what you were trying to say

well you were trying to argue iPhone had things beyond apps, and then you mentioned Cydia as if it wasnt an app. thats why.

speaking on that review you read, despite being incredibly based on the most trivial of things, it fails to mention the failure of compatibility iPhone brings with it(android phones are plenty, apple phones are one), and its HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE crashing issues.

I can see your point. I own a second hand iPhone 3GS 16gb for £150 it was a bargain with no scratches so I suppose it's hard for me to not be impressed with it. If I had payed £500 for an iPhone 4S I think I would still like it but not as much. What I meant when I said Cydia is that Cydia leads to things that are "beyond apps" which are incredible to use. So I can certainly see your point however it's also the brand that makes it better an iPhone will always be cooler than a Samsung or HTC just because it's apple.

I never said I bought my phone simply because it was an apple product I had this argument a while ago with a friend he had a HTC I had my iphone and we agreed that they were just as good but he still said he would rather have the iphone just because it was apple. And I expect most of you here (no matter how much you deny it) if offered any iphone or any HTC would pick the iphone. It doesn't make you dumb or an apple cock sucker its just because, well I dont really know why but Im 99.9% sure most people in the world would pick the iphone and im not just talking about HTCs im talking about all smart phones

HTC. i prefer android to iOS, and HTCs last much more than an iPhone.
