to note, only the american versions of the websites are closed off. youtube.com, google.com and wikipedia.org all work outside of their american versions. this applies to any other website with non american versions.

it does a bit, since like everything else, you hold most of the internet on your national soil(not to mention the fact that the domain holder for all websites in the world is american). but ultimately, itll affect americans much more, since its your internet theyll censor, your internet theyll sue, and your jobs theyll take.

also note that even thou some websites have foreign subsites, those will go down too since theyre base is on american soil.
