No they've decided to make halo 4, 5, & 6, taking the franchise away form the people who have done it so well and made a perfectly good ending for the series, and milking as much money out of it as possible.

Well you're clueless. Halo Anniversary is a remake of Combat Evolved, a new/updated look. You are able to switch back n forth between the next generation graphics or classic. Halo 4, is literally Halo 4.... It's no longer a rumor

im kinda happy they did this, i can see how some people appreciate cliffhangers, but me personally, i hate em. so im happy they'll reveal what happened to him

It's not a cliff hanger, it's the end of a story. He's killed the Flood, disbanded the Covenant, & ensured the Halos can never be fired. He did what the Forerunners could not and he did it without sacrificing anyone. And now he sleeps, the great warrior fulfilled his role and now it's time for him to rest, his job is done. It's a great ending to a badass character and there's no way it could be better.

Plus, it's not made by Bungie. Bungie has nothing to do with the series now so it'll be just junk...

the warrior sleeping scenario is only done to have possibilities open in the future. a rather far east tradition in literature to have warriors who would rise for various adventures and battles and stories.easy way to tell a story, without having to develop evth from the ground. also a rather easy way to make games since sequeling something causes a safety in the money bringers, so youcan just take the name and experiment your ideas in it. there is no literary honor bound code, or franchises or characters that cant be touched in videogames.

story and setting are just a tool for the GAME, wich unlike the rest of the media, does not depend on its setting story or character part entirely, but simply partialy.
