Some reason my keys dont work for me to walk even after i configured them. The only movement i have is from the mouse to look around

this game is exremely glitchy wiht keyboard.

I've had problems like this with JKA occasionally. If it happens in the middle of play then it's an issue with the game having registered too many simultaneous presses and not responding to them this I've solved by alt-tabing out and back in or just smashing a crap load of keys until I overload the buffer and reset it. If it's a problem at the outset it's usually a result of a mod or cheat glitch which requires a re-install. If you can't move from the outset and have in no way messed with the base program(including reconfiguring the keys from their base functions) then I have no idea what the problem is.
