I need a signature-banner for my website

Size
1000 x 120

Now here's the catch, i have no actual render. I would like something to do with art, Paintings from Michelangelo and stuff to that theme.
Text wise it needs to be big enough for all to see. I would like the text to read: The Artist Hub and you can be creative with the text just need it to be legible.
Animations i would like to see something out of the blue. In other words impress me ^_^.
