KOTOR2 Problem

Wazup! anyways, to the situation, i have reinstalled kotor2 in preperation for TOR on nov 11/11/11 and i'[ve found it wont work. click on the laucnher. it loads. then doesnteven go blank it just stops loading. i have tried: Patching 1.00b and a tell me i'm missing an "Old file" it claims theres a file there that is named the same but the update wont work. heres what it says:
Old file not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since the file contents do not match
if any of you can assist that would be Swell. Thanks,

Probably a bad install, manually delete the kotor2 folder in LucasArts and reinstall.

TOR is not scheduled for 11/11/11.

=__= kotor, don't believe ANY release dates you hear from anyone. The swtor dev's are constantly telling folks that will tell us when the game is going to be released. All they said was, they shooting for the end of some market date. lol you can tell they're getting pretty annoyed with people poping at dates on when the game is coming
