Some1 help me

The situation is:
I am playing game for a minute or some longer and then... its is starting to LAG, CPU usage is 100% and then for a short time it is coming normal and again lagging
And it is happening to all kind of programs
Please help me!

could be the game you're playing, if it's a game that needs a higher quality graphics card then it'll cause lag.

need specs. also need to know if you had changed sth right before this happened. a screenie would help as well.

Preliminary analysis is that something is eating your RAM, you most likely downloaded something(possibly inadvertently) that's running up a lot of processing power, your RAM may have somehow gotten jarred loose(extremely unlikely), or you may have a virus.

Yes
I have deleted some bad programs, cleaned my computer with CC cleaner cheked with avast and dr. web but It's still lagging((

may be your HDD is fucked. or your RAM. those two are the most probable.

Okay the problem has been successfully solved!!
The program was : GuardMailRu
In the process list were like 8 those fckn programs every time and i couldnt kill them -.- but for now i've deleted them!
The System now believe in users!
