This is so fucking stupid.
Disregarding the obvious fact that at least half of that power cannot be used because of the hardware limitations, even with half of it, you do not need it, for any game, ever made, past present, and future 5-10 years.

indeed - i have 6gb ram ,highest version of i5 and gtx 470 and i can play any game with 70 + fps cost me 10 times less money than this

I got an AMD, and I can run any pc game that currently exists, at max fps, even 2 at the same time.
AMD Athlon II X3 450, and only 4 gb ram.

you can run them, just not OPTIMALLY. an i5 can run any game. but not all optimally.

And if you do the math you'll still be overpaying for it.
Anyway, I can run any game on the market right now, although some of them do stress if I go above recommended settings, and this is an X4. In fact the only things I anticipate needing to update is the OS (when they pry it from my cold dead hands), and an HDD.

Usiny I7 mac here, running crysis pretty well even when dual OSing xD, tends to overheat due to macbook pro faults so i limit it with some apps, but yea, I7 is quite an upgrade compared to I5
