TFFA is a little harder, requires more patience, silencing is always good right off the bat, then spec them as they run around 99% of the time they will either try to platform something tricky, team kill, or chase players for legit kills, right when they're about to get something forceteam them to the opposite team, same rules apply for name changes though. Port them into spec a couple times, or spam change teams, and don't forget the taunts.

I could go into more detail, but that's your basic guide to pissing off a troll.
