Unlike other MMOs, you don't pay monthly for GW, you pay for the box (CD) 40-50$ and play as much as you want. You can make your own guild, and party.

Many character slots like in WoW.

HAd to put up dis thread.

It looks good...just....i dunno, sth feels wrong. i would have to see what people say after a month of playing it. Does the voice acting do anth good, or is it just hammy stupid acting that annoys? Do fights always be epic, or is it just gonna go stale with time?

That being said, I'm getting this game.

Raiding dem big monstahs with few friends n stuff too.

And the storyline in GW is usually pretty long anyway :p + if they make expansions.

No offense alek, but Guild Wars was just another WoW clone, and with less to offer than WoW. This one looks like an improvement, but the fact that they dont want subscription fee? Unless they found a miraculous way to produce a good MMO without fees, they will either cut a lot on content, or they will burn after a year, with luck. There are MMOs that can run without fee, and based on shop and game sales, but they cut a lot on complex content. Again, the epic battles. I am reluctant to believe every battle is going to be like this one they use to present a game.
