youtube to mp3 converting programs

anyone know of a good youtube to mp3 converting program without viruses on it? I can't seem to find a trustworthy one...?

Gray area as far as I'm concerned, I saw Youtube had a download option a month or so back so as far as I'm concerned it's not illegal right now.

Easy. listentoyoutube.com. It's a converter where you paste the URL of the video you're wanting and it will convert it to an MP3 file for free, no viruses. It'll give you the option of high quailty, takes a few seconds longer, and you can preview the audio file before you download it. Once you do, it opens right into iTunes, no more work needed. I love it.
