For all yall newbs who's xFire doesn't work in game Empty For all yall newbs who's xFire doesn't work in game

1) Go to xFire Window
2) Clicks Tools > Options
3) Click the Games tab
4) Let it load
5) Scroll down the bottom of your installed games where it says "Not Installed"
6) Double click the "Not Installed" and scroll down to Star Wars Jedi Knight Multiplayer
7) Highlight and make the "Auto Detect" Setting to MANUAL.
8) Click browse and go to where your jamp.exe file is (Windows 7: C:/Program Files (86x)/Lucas Arts/Gamedata) (Other Windows OS's have the same direction except the Program Files folder doesn't have the "(86x)")
9) Click OK
10) Hit my Rep Button and become my disciple

Oh I got another fix then




Vista and Windows 7 users:

1) Go To Control Panel
2) Click system and security in green on the top.
3)Look for "User Account Control Settings" in the Action Center Box.[
4) Drag the bar all the bottom to "Notify me never"
5) Restart

k help me with this - got call of duty black ops - x fire wont detect it - he needs steam.exe - when i add steam there it allow me to add cod icon manually - when i tried it it didnt work - so ?

I don't have my steam.exe in xFire

Just go to ur steam folder > Steam Apps > Common > Black Ops > Add the .exe in the blackops folder.

UAC is yiffy to turn off that way Cog. It works mostly by going in the registry and process list and turning them off manually.

Turning off a setting is a lot easier than potentially fucking up ur registry
