ive read around 33-35

There are currently 115 in the Adult Section, another 20-30 in Young Readers, and another 60-80 in the Junior Readers.

i've "read" prob around 20-25 now... and counting

last one was long as fuck "fatal alliance" i think it was called... 11 hr audio book... i don't think ill get one that big again lol

my first book was "the rise of darth vader" or something like that... i didn't know who any of the people were... and vader wasn't even in it for a long ass time.... the thing is tho... as you keep reading them you start to see stuff you saw in other books... so it all comes together in the end

tho i could be wrong... and im sure if i am red will correct me i did read the first 7 xwing books, and the jedi academy trilogy... among others... then i went all the way back to the beginning (the old republic block of books) and started from there... im now on the rise of the empire block... i think its called

It depends on what you like most Sqrl. Spidey's list isn't bad, the main good books are the Thrawn Trilogy, the Jedi Academy Trilogy, the Republic Commando series, the X-wing series, the Darth Bane Trilogy, & the Legacy Series. There are many stand alone novels that are also nice: Darth Maul Shadow Hunter, the Rise of Darth Vader, Allegiance, Outbound Flight, Shadows of Mindor, I Jedi, Shadows of the Empire, Tatooine Ghost, Courtship of Princess Leia, etc.

If you like Original Trilogy I would start with Thrawn Trilogy, if you like the JKA story go with the Jedi Academy Trilogy, if you like KotOR stories start with Darth Bane Trilogy, if you like Starfighter story lines go with the X-wing series, if you like the Clones go with the Republic Commando series.

they don't have an audio book for every single book out there... but there are quite a few... i put them on my mp3 player and listen to em while doin housework lol

yeah, the more you read the book; the refrences you are going to see all over the place. Every book leads to a question that a previous book that came out years ago will have the answer

Some relate back to games or comics. Thrawn Trilogy is the most introverted, I don't recall any references you need outside of the movies for it. X-wing is much the same but it has slight references to the Truce at Bakura and the Thrawn Trilogy. Jedi Academy Trilogy relates to the Dark Empire and Sith War comic series, but you don't really need to know either to understand it. Republic Commando series you can relate to as long as you played the game. Darth Bane Trilogy is best read once you've played KotOR 1&2. Legacy is actually the one you have to watch out for, you need to know about the NJO series(23 books), the Dark Nest Trilogy, and the Young Jedi Knight reader's Jedi Academy series to fully understand what's happening.

Worst first read ever.

After joining SnJ, then JvS, and Wookiepedia, I gave Inferno another chance, and it made perfect sense. I'm currently on FotJ 6, and Red, I'll have to disagree. I think Vestara is going to be like Callista Ming, in that she's gonna be an important person in Ben's life, but he'll end up with someone else. She's just too Sith to fall for the whole "light side" routine.

Yeah, that was a great book.

It's a bad book to START with I'll say that cause if you haven't read anything else it won't make the slightest bit of sense. And it's obvious they're grooming Vestara to be either a lover or a betrayer.
