Steam Holiday Sales

I jizzed in my pants. Ok, so, if you dont have steam, get it, stop being a fucking idiot and get it. Then, see their holiday game sales, its....wow. They have these amazing publisher complete packs, where you have like THQ, 2K, Rockstar, Square Enix packs, filled with 20 games give or tale. one of the packs they show is worth 400 euros, but with the discount they gave, it costs you 60 euros. If you do not get steam and at least SEE what they are doing, you are gnona make me cry . They also have individual discounts, so if you dont want a whole pack of games, there are games individually discounted, Like Meat Boy, Prince of Persia Sands of Time, Bioshocks, ETC ETC.

if i had any sort of income i would actually care about this =o

I might wish for some stuff for Christmas, but how the fudge can Steam afford this??

1)Counter Strike
2)Half Life
3)Left 4 Dead

all of wich they distibute digitally, meaning no costs at all for them, also Steam dominates the digital distribution market.

Yeah, im undecided between getting Prince of Persia or Meat Boy today. wont get Bad Company 2 cause i already have enough multiplayer games , unfortunately, and Fallout 3 have played enough, plus its ugly to look at after a bit, and the rest is either done or not for me.

So, OH the decisions of this life....

And yeah, true.

Because those 3 games combined are the apex of game sellings, surpassed only by super names like Call of Duty or World of Warcraft. In fact, CS alone is more played than WoW.

Ok so today I bought BC2, all the Prince of Persias and.. Tomb Raider for my ummm girlfriend. Yeah. She will play that game.

Yes im sure Shin, Counterstrike 1.6 is to date the most played game in the world, because unlike MMOs, you do not pay to play it, and it is EXTREMELY easy to pick up and play, it is extremely hacked thru out, and for a mediocre mod of half life, itsold 4 million copies, wich if you apply the laws of hacking and pirated games, data collecting and such, it is still the most played game in the world, excluding casual games. It also holds one of the biggest tournament communities in the world, with the winners taking home LOADS of money for winning. There are people in Brazil that take it as pratically a day time job to play it and win tournaments.

actualy, Tomb Raider Anniversary, unless youre an experienced person in games and are bit used to Tomb Raider, is really hard, specially in the harder difficulties. Its also extremely beautiful game(the REST of the game, the girl is default of course).

ya i enjoyed it on the wii.. i miss it
