You know, I always say that safety and extant life comes first, and these statements are incredibly dangerous as they will create an intense atmosphere with countries whom we have a less than cordial relationship with and increase instability within the Middle East and, as an extension, Asia.

I like how the fact that cables and media spreading word and giving the people transparency of what their leaders do, according to the Government, 'puts in risk the human rights and free speech of many people'....................................................REALLY, THATS THE BEST YOU CAN COME UP WITH?

Pretty much evth i read that was in the papers apparently, regards to safety and security of America. Oh stop Iran, oh lets make these prisoners talk, oooh lets be hard on Al Qaeda, ooooh lets stop iran again. EVERYONE IS ENDANGERING US, AAAAAAA!

I think you need to think about the longer reaching effects of this, this will cause a strategic change in Iran, they are more likely than ever to proceed with militant actions, not war mind you, just instigation. When I read the documents, I'll have more to explain, but until then, from what I've read, this could have some definitive impact upon Eastern world.

Bunch of guys hijack two planes and do a terrorist attack on America. America invades two countries in the middle east and obliterates everyones life in there. I think you guys made your point already....i know they a bit brainwashed in the Middle East, but i think they will think twice before attacking your homeland again...in the long term, this will be a page in the history books. or maybe it wont, since itll prolly be insignificant.

Here's something I found, they literally almost spelled out our Iranian Informant who told us about the 3000 something centrifuges being built for nuclear capabilities in Iran, how is that not endangering lives? Especially since that guy happens to have been born in Iran?

In fact, there were numerous times where I read things like "please protect" or other things among those lines for activists and informants and the such!

Likewise, many Muslim leaders have been put in electoral and personal danger by their personal habits in conservative Muslim countries, meaning, more radical candidates could be elected. Defected officials from North Korea are also being put in danger.

So in short, from what I've found, this seriously puts a damper on foreign relationships worldwide and is going to give the already fairly tech-savvy al-qaeda operatives more to work with.
