Not a top down shooter per se but it can be with certain classes. Very addictive gameplay, and a good story line along with rich and immersive graphics make this a great game. I have played it many hours and I can say it is very much worth the money.

The expansion is just awesome, makes the original game a lot more enjoyable too.
