if there are special circumstances he can let us know and a council member can make an exception i believe. he would have to say something tho and it would have to be legit.

Yeah he needs to muscle his way into the clan to show his commitment, once in then he can take all the leave he wants but he has to show us that original commitment that we all had to go through.
