i need to make a file say smmmmmmmth.exe.bak for this game to work can any one tell me how to do this windows seven doen not give the option for file changing just the name as far as i can tell

just change the name smth.bak

yeah, you cnat have sthsth.exe.bak, i misinterpretated what you told me...you either have .exe, or .bak, you never have two of those.
