Ok, I got both "compact pics" downloaded, as well as the tools program needed...but the "Mount IMG" button is grayed out...anyone can help?

You need to set the amount of virtual drives you want to have. Then you load one with an .mdf or .rar (these two are the most common) file and if it doesn't autorun, you do it manually by clicking the right icon in "My computer" folder.
