we don't know for a fact whether he can change his behavior or not, i'd like to see if it is possible for him to change, otherwise, yes, he should leave, we don't have room for people who are unwilling to follow the rules

Once an applicaiton is rejected it should be locked so these sort of degrading insults dont occur.
